A: Well you may be in luck. One option is getting a pardon from the Governor but that is a long difficult process. A better alternative might be the following: Governor Wolf just signed into law (effective in November, 2016) legislation that allows for the sealing of arrest and conviction records for certain 2nd and 3rd misdemeanor charges.
