What is wrongful death? It is any death that happens because of someone else’s carelessness and negligent actions. We have found that the biggest mistake that many inexperienced WD attorneys may make is failing to properly investigating exactly how the accident occurred but more importantly, how the accident could have been prevented, if not for the negligent actions of the wrong doing drive.

In all of our WD cases, we send a trained investigator out to the scene where the fatal collision occurred and that is a great starting point to tracking down some of the finer details that may be lost if we’re lying on a non-expert to examine.

The investigator that we use is a certified private investigator and is a former state police officer. With their help initially we can obtain critical information that will help us greatly as the wrongful death claim progresses.
