SENDING TEXT MESSAGES TO A DRIVER

It gets worse. A New Jersey Court has ruled you can be on the hook if you send a text to a person you know is driving a car and that person gets in a wreck while reading your text! I do not see any reason why a Pennsylvania Court will not rule the same way. That means even though you were not even in the car you are still responsible for the accident! Think about it.
