A: It is hard to be too specific about jury picking. One question to ask potential jurors is this: Would you be more likely to believe the testimony of a police officer over yours? If the juror answers probably, then the Judge must strike her from sitting on the jury. Recently there was a jury in Pittsburgh where that was not done and the Defendant got a new trial on that basis alone. Call me.
