A BIRTHDAY REQUEST TO MY READERS
Please think of someone who has hurt you and try to sincerely FORGIVE them. You might have a tough time doing it alone, but ask Jesus for help with it for me. Thanks

Sorry, a post on Facebook, etc. will not qualify you! If you still know of anyone who wants a Free Steeler magnet, just give us their name and address. We are here to help anyone seriously injured.
SERIOUS INJURY ALERT
Have you or any family member been exposed to excessive asbestos, or been injured by the use of Zantac, CPAP machines (the Phillips machines with their headquarters in Murrysville, PA) or Camp Lejune Water Contamination? You may be entitled to substantial $$ damages for your injuries. These claims qualify as something legally called Mass Tort Claims. Please call us at 412-281-8700 for a Free consultation.
HEAD, NECK AND FACIAL SCARRING WITH YOUR WORKERS COMP CASE
With Workers Compensation injuries, did you know you can receive $$ compensation if you had scarring to your head, neck or face? If you were injured/scarred at work to any of those body parts you are entitled to $$. HOWEVER, in Pennsylvania any scarring to your body below the neck is NOT considered compensable! In a recent Pennsylvania court case, a person had severe scarring to his right leg and unsuccessfully sought Workers Comp $$. Head, neck and facial injuries are the key terms to remember when dealing with scarring.
NEWSLETTER ALERT – SNOW ON YOUR CAR
Pennsylvania recently passed Christine’s Law. It requires any driver on the highways to remove all snow and ice from the hood/trunk/roof of their vehicles within 24 hours of a heavy snow or ice storm. The law will be in effect this winter. This law stems from a tragic accident when Christine was killed after a large piece of ice crashed through her windshield after falling off the roof of a passing truck. Please be sure any snow or ice is removed from your vehicle before getting on the roadways!
WHAT IS NEW IN THE TULLY FAMILY
A few weeks ago, my daughter Jessica married her longtime soulmate, Kevin Horne, from the Public Defender’s office. It was a beautiful wedding up at State College. Yes, I cried. Katie Tully was a fantastic Maid of Honor. Here’s to Jessica and Kevin – we all wish you a wonderful life together!
CRIMINAL LAW
Before a police officer can pull your vehicle over, they must have a reasonable suspicion you violated the law, like if you were weaving through lanes after drinking. Before an officer can arrest you, or obtain a search warrant, they must have probable cause that you did indeed violate the law (slurred speech, red eyes, or failing a sobriety test qualify). The warrant can be to used for a blood draw to determine your alcohol level.
