A: Yes, but it is hard. Why? One reason is the gun manufacturers fight these cases tooth and nail for fear of opening up the floodgates to lawsuits by anyone shot by one of their guns. Thus the chances of getting a “reasonable” offer to settle the case are greatly reduced. But all is not lost. A Court recently let a gun case proceed because the Glock 21 pistol in question didn’t have a safety on the gun to prevent an accidental discharge of the weapon. Call me. No recovery/no fee.
