A: Yes, I do child injury cases. I have represented children accidents involving soft tissue injuries,broken bones and injuries requiring surgery. I also represent the estates of children who were killed either in auto tragedies or other fatalities.Children’s cases are somewhat different from other injury cases because their claims are brought by the parents or natural guardians on behalf of the injured children.
