Pedestrian Accidents in Pennsylvania
Pedestrians are among the most vulnerable individuals on our roadways, and the consequences can be severe when an accident occurs. In Pennsylvania, pedestrian accidents often result from driver negligence, such as speeding, distracted driving, failure to yield at crosswalks, or impaired driving. These incidents can lead to serious injuries, including fractures, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal cord damage, significantly impacting a victim’s life.
State laws provide essential protections for pedestrians, ensuring they have the right-of-way in crosswalks and requiring drivers to exercise caution. However, even when pedestrians follow traffic laws, they can still be at risk due to reckless or inattentive drivers. If you or a loved one has been injured in a pedestrian accident, you may be entitled to compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and other damages.
Navigating the legal process after a pedestrian accident can be overwhelming, especially when dealing with injuries and recovery. Our team understands victims’ challenges and works diligently to pursue fair compensation. We investigate each case thoroughly, gathering evidence such as traffic camera footage, witness statements, and accident reports to build a strong claim.
