CRIMINAL LAW AND DUI CASES: What is new in DUI cases?

The Pa. Superior Court is set to rule soon on the accuracy of certain Breathalyzer machines, which are used to test the amount of alcohol in a persons body. A lower Court ruled that certain breathalyzers are scientifically unreliable. Why this is important is that there are hundreds of cases out there that are using the test results to convict drivers of DUI and if the machines are inaccurate the convictions may be in jeopardy.
