Q: Attorney Tully, I am charged with an aggravated assault. I had an Assistant District Attorney for my Preliminary Hearing. Now there is a different one listed for my trial. Is that normal?
A: Yes. Your case may even be given to a different trial attorney when your case goes to Court. Why? The prosecutor assigned to your case might be in a different trial that started before your trial date. If that case isn’t done by the day of your trial, your case will be given to a different attorney for prosecution. Who the prosecutor is isn’t as important as what your defense is. Call me.
