THE 4 FATAL MISTAKES TO AVOID IN YOUR CAR ACCIDENT CASE:

2) NOT DOING FOLLOW UP TREATMENT (Only if you are really hurting) WITH MEDICAL PROVIDERS: An E.R. visit and 1 visit to your family doctor will have some value but not much. Your own auto insurance will pay at least for your first $5,000 of medical treatment without you having to pay them back. Also it will not raise your insurance rates by even a penny for submitting a claim.

How did you like the way the season ended for the Steelers? Winning 7 out of 9 sure puts a positive spin on next year. One thing everyone should agree on regarding Coach Tomlin is this: he is able to keep the team together thru adversity and very difficult times. Here is looking to next season!
PITTSBURGH PENGUINS:
The big question is are we going to make the playoffs? Hopefully we can continue the playoff streak this year. This will likely be the last year together for the Big 3. Go Sid!
LOCAL BASKETBALL:
Pitt has really turned its program around and isin March Madness! We wish them nothing but the best! Go Panthers! Same with Penn State basketball.
PENN STATE WRESTLING:
One of the least known sports in general is college wrestling. At Penn State they have had a phenomenal run of NCAA championships. This year they appear to be poised for another championship. What a coach the Lions have.
PITTSBURGH PIRATES:
Hope springs eternal. Even for the most pessimistic fan, there is something about the start of the new season that is exciting. Sure hope the Bucs can be competitive. They do have a lot of good young talent under contract.
