Today we are going to talk about a cautionary tale involving Pittsburgh loan funding companies that you see on TV. These companies sometimes contact you when you are a victim of an injury case. The way that the loan funding companies capture your information is very sneaky and is something we do not approve of due to the underhanded nature of the loan company.
Pittsburgh Loan Funding Companies
Loan funding companies capture your information typically by going to a courthouse, getting your name from the lawsuits filed, and then contacting you directly without your permission. Next, they proceed to inform you they can loan you any amount of money while your case is pending. All you must do is accept the money.
That sounds so great, right?! Wrong. What happens is the amount in interest that they charge you back for the loan is outrageous! If the case drags on long enough, it ends up being two or three times more than what they loan to you.
What we tell clients is to avoid these advanced Pittsburgh loan funding companies at all costs. This is because the amount they charge you is absurd, and you should avoid them like the plague. If your lights and electricity are being shut off in your house, then you could consider using the TV loan funding companies only as a last resort. This is our opinion on it, and we advise all our clients not to take the loan company’s money.
Our main focus is honesty. We always preach it. We are passionate about trying to help any injured person or child with their case. Questions about the blog? CALL US!
