WHAT IS NEW AT THE TULLY LAW FIRM IN 2024 DEATH CLAIMS: We are currently representing the Estates of 3 families who had loved ones killed due to the carelessness (negligence) of others. Without discussing any particulars of the cases, the tragic deaths happened under the following circumstances: 1. A child was tragically killed when a bus driver failed to see the child crossing the street. The issue whether the driver was at fault is being hotly contested. 2. A family member was sadly killed when a building collapsed, while the victim was inside. 3. A family member died in a highway fatality. WHO WAS MY 1ST EMPLOYEE WHEN I WENT OUT ON MY OWN? My MOM! The first day mom came to work, I gave her a letter to type and said, “Can you get this done now?” She looked at me and said, “Sure, after I eat my donut and coffee!!” That was my mom, Lorraine, in a nutshell. Well, here we are 40 years later and thankfully WE NEVER missed a single payroll! Some may say that it was just blind luck.
